    本发明提供一种保温装甲及其制备工艺和应用,涉及汽车技术领域。一种保温装甲的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:先将金属板进行激光切割、剪切得到毛坯板,然后对毛坯板进行塑形冲压,得到粗加工壳体,粗加工壳体依次经过激光切割、开孔、修边,得到精加工壳体,在精加工壳体表面依次喷涂防锈底漆和氟碳面漆,晾干,以精加工壳体为模具,底部铺设防辐射铝模,向精加工壳体内注入保温材料以形成保温层,晾干。本发明的保温装甲应用在汽车电池中可以减少电池包与外界的热交换,降低电池包的温度流失速度,从而提高电芯放电功率,减少辅助加热的频率及时长,有效提高电池包的续航能力,显著降低环境温度对汽车电池包的影响,进而延长汽车电池包的使用寿命。
