The climbing auxiliary mechanism comprises a rack, a driving wheel, a driving device for driving the driving wheel to rotate, a pressing wheel which is arranged on the rack and abuts against the bottom of a track so as to adjust positive pressure between the driving wheel and the track, and further comprises a step adjusting mechanism for adjusting the pressure between the pressing wheel and the track. The step adjusting mechanism comprises an adjusting mechanism, a locking mechanism and a pressing mechanism; the pressing mechanism is arranged in the locking mechanism, and the locking mechanism is used for locking the height of the lifting cylinder; the adjusting mechanism is arranged at the gradient change position of the track, and the adjusting mechanism is in sliding fit with the locking mechanism and used for driving the locking mechanism and adjusting the height of the lifting cylinder, so that the pressing force between the pressing wheel and the track is changed through the pressure spring. The multi-gear automatic adjustment of the driving force of the inspection robot can be realized through the multi-gear adjusting mechanism, and the inspection robot is particularly suitable for inspection lines with variable gradients.

    本发明属于煤矿机器人技术领域。涉及一种矿用轨道式巡检机器人爬坡辅助机构,包括机架、驱动轮、驱动所述驱动轮转动的驱动装置、设于机架上与轨道底部相抵以调节所述驱动轮与轨道之间正压力的压紧轮,还包括用以调节压紧轮与轨道之间压力大小的分档调节机构,所述分档调节机构包括调节机构、锁止机构与压紧机构;所述压紧机构设于所述锁止机构内,所述锁止机构用于锁定升降筒的高度;所述调节机构设于轨道的坡度变化处,所述调节机构与所述锁止机构滑动配合,用以驱动锁止机构并调整升降筒高度,从而通过压簧改变压紧轮与轨道之间的压紧力。本发明通过分档调节机构能够实现巡检机器人驱动力的多档自动调节,尤其适应坡度多变的巡检线路。
