The invention relates to an escalator fault diagnosis method, system and device, computer equipment, a storage medium and a computer program product. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a light blocking distance collected by a distance measuring sensor; the light blocking distance is the distance between the distance measuring sensor and the light blocking device; the light barriers are arranged on any one of the left side and the right side of the moving direction of the escalator at intervals, and each light barrier is associated with a corresponding safety switch; the distance measuring sensor and the light blocking device are arranged on the same side of the escalator and located at the top end or the tail end of the same side. When it is detected that the light blocking distance does not meet the preset distance, determining the safety switch corresponding to the light blocking distance as a target safety switch; the preset distance is the distance between the top end and the tail end of the same side of the escalator; and determining a fault identifier corresponding to the target safety switch, and obtaining a fault diagnosis result of the escalator according to the fault identifier. By adopting the method, the escalator fault diagnosis efficiency can be improved.

    本申请涉及一种扶梯故障诊断方法、系统、装置、计算机设备、存储介质和计算机程序产品。所述方法包括:获取测距传感器采集的挡光距离;挡光距离为测距传感器与挡光器之间的距离;挡光器间隔设置在扶梯的移动方向的左右两侧中的任意一侧,且每个挡光器关联有对应的安全开关;测距传感器与挡光器均设置在扶梯的同一侧,且位于同一侧的顶端或末端;在检测到挡光距离不满足预设距离的情况下,确认与挡光距离对应的安全开关,作为目标安全开关;预设距离为扶梯的同一侧的顶端与末端之间的距离;确认与目标安全开关对应的故障标识,并根据故障标识,得到扶梯的故障诊断结果。采用本方法,能够提高扶梯故障诊断的效率。
