The invention discloses an escalator fault detection method and system and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps of collecting noise array signals of an escalator, performing beam forming on the noise array signal according to a preset weight vector of a to-be-measured point, and obtaining a noise sound wave signal corresponding to the to-be-measured point, calculating the power of the noise sound wave signal, and determining that the power is greater than a power threshold value, and sending an escalator fault signal. According to the embodiment of the invention, the noise array signal of the escalator is collected, beam forming is carried out on the noise array signal, so that the noise sound wave signal of the to-be-measured point is obtained, the power of the noise sound wave signal is calculated, and the power is compared with the power threshold value, so that the escalator fault is identified. Compared with existing vibration signal fault recognition, the noise signal recognition does not need to make contact with the escalator, and therefore the applicability of escalator fault recognition is improved. The method can be widely applied to the technical field of mechanical equipment fault diagnosis.

    本申请公开了一种扶梯故障检测方法、系统和存储介质,所述方法包括:采集所述扶梯的噪音阵列信号;根据待测点的预设权向量对所述噪音阵列信号进行波束形成,获取所述待测点对应的噪音声波信号;计算所述噪音声波信号的功率;确定所述功率大于功率阈值,发送扶梯故障信号。本申请实施例采集扶梯的噪音阵列信号,并对噪音阵列信号进行波束形成,从而获取得到待测点的噪音声波信号,通过计算噪音声波信号的功率,将功率与功率阈值进行比较,从而识别扶梯故障。相较于现有的振动信号故障识别,噪音信号的识别由于不需要与扶梯进行接触,因此提高了扶梯故障识别的适用性。本申请可广泛应用于机械设备故障诊断技术领域中。
