The invention provides a fuel cell vehicle and a hydrogen system cylinder valve fault detection method and device thereof, and belongs to the technical field of new energy vehicles. The method comprises the steps that (1) the internal temperature of each hydrogen cylinder in a hydrogen system before hydrogenation and the internal temperature a of each hydrogen cylinder in the hydrogen system after hydrogenation are collected, wherein a is larger than or equal to 1 and smaller than or equal to N, and N is the total number of the hydrogen cylinders in the hydrogen system; (2) calculating the temperature rise amplitude of each hydrogen cylinder in the hydrogen system before and after hydrogenation, and (3) respectively judging the temperature rise amplitude of each hydrogen cylinder, and if the temperature rise amplitude of each hydrogen cylinder is less than or equal to a first set value, judging that a cylinder valve of the hydrogen cylinder fails and cannot be normally opened. According to the method, the fault hydrogen cylinder without the temperature rise effect in the hydrogenation process is rapidly detected by judging the temperature rise amplitude of the hydrogen cylinder, whether the cylinder valve of the hydrogen cylinder in the hydrogen system breaks down or not can be rapidly and accurately judged, and an existing cylinder valve control mode does not need to be changed.

    本发明提供了一种燃料电池汽车及其氢系统瓶阀故障检测方法和装置,属于新能源汽车技术领域。该方法包括:(1)采集加氢前氢系统内每个氢气瓶的内部温度和加氢后氢系统内每个氢气瓶的内部温度1≤a≤N,N为氢系统中氢气瓶的总个数;(2)计算加氢前后氢系统内每个氢气瓶的温度上升幅度(3)分别对每个氢气瓶的温度上升幅度的大小进行判断,若氢气瓶的温度上升幅度≤第一设定值,则判定该氢气瓶的瓶阀故障、无法正常开启。该方法通过判断氢气瓶的温度上升幅度大小来快速检测出在加氢过程中未出现温升效应的故障氢瓶,能够快速、准确地判断氢系统中氢气瓶的瓶阀是否故障,且不用改变现有瓶阀控制方式。
