The device comprises a pump station module and a roller module, the pump station module and the roller module are connected through an oil supply pipeline; a servo motor and a two-way hydraulic pump of the pump station module are fixedly installed on the two sides of the integrated valve block respectively, and the servo motor is connected with the two-way hydraulic pump. The oil tank is installed on the integrated valve block and located on one side of the two-way hydraulic pump, and the two-way hydraulic pump is sealed in the oil tank. The output end of a hydraulic motor of the roller module is connected with a roller to drive the roller to rotate; the sequence valve is arranged on the main oil way and located in front of an oil inlet of the hydraulic motor, and when the electro-hydraulic servo system drives the winch to unwind a rope, the sequence valve can enable the main oil way to generate certain back pressure, and the winch is prevented from being overspeed. According to the technical scheme, the problems that in the prior art, the size is large, installation is not changed, the requirement for the cleanliness of hydraulic oil is high, and a servo valve is prone to damage and expensive are solved.
