The invention discloses an electro-hydraulic proportional control system for a mine hydraulic winch. The electro-hydraulic proportional control system comprises a proportional driving system and a proportional braking system. In the proportional driving system, a pressure reducing pilot valve is replaced with an electro-hydraulic proportional pressure reducing valve, the rotating speed of a motor is in closed-loop control by changing the displacement of a variable displacement pump, and the control level, speed control precision and rotating speed stability of the driving system are improved; in the braking system, a brake pump station supplies an independent oil source to a brake circuit, and brake oil pressure is adjusted by adopting a proportional overflow valve, so that a brake force of the hydraulic motor can be independently adjusted; and through the adoption of double-handle control, driving and braking are independently controlled, which is beneficial to enhance the cooperativity of driving and braking and reduce pressure impact. The electro-hydraulic proportional control system is suitable for a pump control motor volumetric speed control system with large inertia and a higher requirement for speed control precision, such as the mine hydraulic winch.
