The invention relates to an elevator host and a starting control method thereof. The elevator main machine comprises a machine base, a driving motor, a traction wheel, a brake wheel, a brake and a detection assembly. The driving motor is installed on the machine base, the traction wheel and the brake wheel are both connected to an output shaft of the driving motor, and the driving motor is used for driving the traction wheel and the brake wheel to rotate synchronously. The brake is arranged on the side portion of the brake wheel and used for being in braking fit with the brake wheel. The detection assembly is installed on the machine base or the brake, and when the brake is in braking fit with the brake wheel and the traction wheel is subjected to unbalanced torque, the detection assembly makes contact with the corresponding brake or the machine base to collect stress data, so that compensation torque is provided for an elevator main machine according to the stress data before an elevator is started, and whether the elevator is overloaded or not is judged.

    本发明涉及一种电梯主机及其启动控制方法。电梯主机包括机座、驱动电机、曳引轮、制动轮、制动器及检测组件。驱动电机安装于机座,曳引轮和制动轮均连接于驱动电机的输出轴,驱动电机用于带动曳引轮和制动轮同步转动。制动器设于制动轮的侧部,用于与制动轮制动配合。检测组件安装于机座或制动器,在制动器与制动轮制动配合且曳引轮受到不平衡力矩时,检测组件与对应的制动器或机座接触以采集受力数据,以使电梯启动前根据受力数据给电梯主机提供补偿力矩、以及判断电梯是否超载。
