The invention discloses a elevator starting force compensation method. The method comprises the following steps that a curve equation K=f(V) of output voltage V of a weighing sensor and a weighing sensor parameter K is learned, a current weighing sensor parameter K0 is calculated by combining current output voltage V0, and force F=V0*K0=V0*f(V0) required for compensating current load is obtained; the weight difference M1 between a lift car and a counterweight is learned; and current starting compensation of force F of an elevator is calculated. Compared with the prior art, according to the elevator starting force compensation method, the curve equation of the weighing sensor parameter K and the voltage output V of the weighing sensor is fitted in a multi-point learning mode, so thatthe influence of nonlinearity of the weighing sensor on starting comfort is compensated. In addition, the weight difference of steel wire ropes on different floors can be automatically learned, a motor is controlled to automatically compensate the weight difference of the steel wire ropes according to different floors during starting, and the starting comfort is further improved.
本发明揭示了一种电梯启动力的补偿方法,所述方法包括:学习称重传感器的输出电压V与称重传感器参数K的曲线方程K=f(V),结合当前的输出电压V0,计算当前的称重传感器参数K0,得到补偿当前负载需要的力F负载=V0*K0=V0*f(V0);学习轿厢与对重的重量差M1;计算电梯当前的启动补偿力F启动补偿。与现有技术相比,本发明的电梯启动力的补偿方法,通过多点学习的方式拟合称重传感器参数K与称重传感器的电压输出V的曲线方程,来弥补称重传感器非线性对启动舒适度的影响。另外,还可以自动学习不同楼层的钢丝绳的重量差,控制电机在启动期间根据不同楼层对钢丝绳的重量差进行自动补偿,进一步提高启动的舒适度。
