The invention relates to the field of unmanned logistics vehicle braking systems, and discloses a braking system for an unmanned logistics vehicle and a braking method thereof.The braking system comprises the logistics vehicle, a whole vehicle controller, a whole vehicle driver and a braking system controller, the logistics vehicle at least comprises a first front wheel, a first rear wheel and a second rear wheel, and the first rear wheel and the second rear wheel are linked through a rear axle; the first front wheel is provided with a first front brake caliper assembly, a first deceleration for applying brake to the first front wheel is formed on the first front brake caliper assembly, and the first deceleration is driven and applied by a first driver; a rear brake caliper assembly is mounted on the rear axle or the first rear wheel or the second rear wheel; a brake pipeline, a driving device, an oil can and a brake master cylinder of the brake hydraulic system are omitted, each caliper assembly is driven by adopting an electric control method, hydraulic execution parts of the caliper assembly of the front wheel and the caliper assembly of the rear axle are omitted, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.

    本发明涉及无人物流车制动系统领域,公开用于无人物流车的制动系统及其制动方法,包括物流车、整车控制器、整车驱动器、制动系统控制器,物流车至少包括包括第一前轮、第一后轮和第二后轮,第一后轮和第二后轮通过后轴联动;第一前轮安装有第一前制动卡钳总成,第一前制动卡钳总成上构成向第一前轮施加制动的第一减速度,第一减速度由第一驱动器驱动施加;后轴上或第一后轮或第二后轮安装有后制动卡钳总成;本发明取消了制动液压系统的制动管路、驱动装置、油壶和制动主缸,采用电控制的方法驱动各个卡钳总成,前轮的卡钳总成以及后轴卡钳总成都取消了液压执行部分,降低了制造成本。
