The rudder system hoisting tool comprises a tool frame, hook claws and air cylinders, the hook claws are fixedly connected to the bottom of the tool frame, the air cylinders are fixedly connected to stand columns of the hook claws, telescopic parts are movably connected to the interiors of the hook claws, and limiting holes are formed in the surfaces of the telescopic parts. Through cooperative use of the tool frame, the claw, the air cylinder, the telescopic part, the limiting hole, the positioning box, the containing cavity, the positioning mechanism and the adjusting mechanism, the adjusting mechanism is pulled, and after the positioning mechanism enters the containing cavity, the telescopic part can be adjusted; the hoisting tool solves the problems that an existing hoisting tool needs to be adjusted according to the size of a rudder system during use, the whole hoisting tool needs to be replaced when the size of the hoisting tool is adjusted, so that part of time is wasted, the complexity during replacement is increased, a mode capable of adjusting the size of the hoisting tool is needed, and the hoisting tool is inconvenient to use. Therefore, the working efficiency during use is improved.

    本发明公开了一种舵系吊装工装,包括工装架、钩爪和气缸,钩爪固定连接于工装架的底部,钩爪的立柱上均固定连接有气缸,钩爪的内部活动连接有伸缩件,伸缩件的表面开设有限位孔。本发明通过设置工装架、钩爪、气缸、伸缩件、限位孔、定位箱、容腔、定位机构和调节机构的配合使用,通过对调节机构进行拉动,当定位机构进入容腔的内部后,可对伸缩件进行调整,解决了现有吊装工装在使用的时候需要根据舵系的体积进行调整,在调整吊装工装尺寸的时候就需要对其进行整体的更换,这样的话就会浪费部分的时间和增加更换时的繁琐度,因此就需要一种能够对吊装工装尺寸进行调整的方式,以此来提高使用时的工作效率。
