The building component intelligent robot automatic mold grabbing device comprises an adjusting assembly, a supporting positioning plate assembly enables a supporting plate to be rotatably and fixedly connected to a base, and the adjusting assembly comprises a pulling rope, a pulling rope winding and unwinding assembly and an elastic assembly; the elastic assemblies are positioned on the supporting plates, located between the two adjacent supporting plates in the spatial position and used for limiting the two supporting plates to be close to each other, the number of the elastic assemblies is one less than that of the supporting plates, one end of the pulling rope is positioned on the supporting plates, the other end of the pulling rope is wound and positioned on the pulling rope winding and unwinding assembly, and the pulling rope winding and unwinding assembly is positioned on the supporting plates. The angle between the two supporting plates can be controlled through winding and unwinding of the pulling rope. In actual use, building components are clamped and positioned through the two pairs of clamping jaw assemblies, according to the difference of the building components, the angle between the supporting plates is timely changed through the adjusting assembly, then the edge positions of the building components in different shapes can be clamped, the clamping jaw assemblies are adjusted to have different radians through the adjusting assembly, and the clamping efficiency is improved. And therefore, the spatial position of the telescopic part of the clamping jaw is changed, and different building components can be grabbed by the same grabbing module.

    本发明公开了一种建筑构件智能机器人自动抓模装置,包括调节组件,支撑定位板组件将支撑板可转动固定连接在基座上,调节组件包括拉拽绳、拉拽绳收放组件和弹性组件;弹性组件定位在支撑板上,空间位置上位于两个相邻的支撑板之间,用于限制两支撑板相互靠近,弹性组件比支撑板的数量少一个,拉拽绳一端定位在支撑板上,另一端缠绕定位在拉拽绳收放组件上,拉拽绳收放组件定位在支撑板上,用于收放拉拽绳,通过拉拽绳的收放能够控制两支撑板之间的角度;实际使用时,通过两对夹爪组件对建筑构件进行夹紧定位,根据建筑构件不同时,通过调节组件适时改变支撑板之间的角度进而能够夹持不同形状的建筑构件边缘位置,通过调节组件将夹爪组件调节不同的弧度,进而改变夹爪伸缩部空间位置,实现同一抓取模块能够抓取不同的建筑构件。
