The automatic end socket carrying device comprises a portal frame, an I-shaped sliding base driven by a winch to move is arranged at the top end of the portal frame in a sliding mode, an electric hoist is installed at the bottom end of the I-shaped sliding base, and a winding drum at the output end of the electric hoist is connected with a cross-shaped hanging plate in a hanging mode through a steel rope; the four ends of the cross-shaped lifting plate are connected with the lifting arms in a sliding mode, and the bottom ends of the lifting arms are connected with the end socket suction cups used for adsorbing and fixing the end sockets through the telescopic adjusting pieces, so that the lifting appliance of the automatic end socket carrying device can be conveniently and adaptively adjusted according to the specifications and sizes of the end sockets; the cylinder body is clamped and fixed through the L-shaped clamping plates on the two sides of the top end of the cylinder body containing plate, and the end socket in the carrying process is detected through the laser sensors at the top ends of the L-shaped clamping plates, so that the end socket can automatically stop moving when moving to the position over the cylinder body; and meanwhile, arc-shaped guide plates are arranged on the two sides of the upper portion of the cylinder body to limit and guide the end socket in the descending process, and therefore the end socket can be in automatic and accurate butt joint with the cylinder body.

    本发明公开一种封头自动搬运装置,包括龙门架,龙门架顶端滑动设有通过卷扬机驱动位移的工字型滑座,工字型滑座底端安装有电葫芦,电葫芦的输出端卷筒通过钢绳吊接有十字型吊板;本发明通过在十字型吊板四端均滑动连接吊臂,并在吊臂底端通过伸缩调节件连接用于吸附固定封头的封头吸盘,从而使该封头自动搬运装置的吊具便于根据封头的规格尺寸进行适应性调节,通过在筒身放置板顶端两侧的L型夹板对筒身进行夹持固定,并通过L型夹板顶端的激光传感器对搬运过程中的封头进行检测,使封头移动至筒身正上方时可以自动停止移动,同时通过在筒身上方两侧设置弧形导向板对下降过程中的封头进行限位导向,从而使封头能够实现与筒身的自动化精准对接。
