The invention relates to a suspension system, a frame structure and a vehicle. The suspension system comprises a steel plate spring assembly, one end of the steel plate spring assembly is provided with a plate spring fixing end support, the other end of the steel plate spring assembly is provided with a lifting lug, and the lifting lug is provided with a plate spring lifting lug end support; the adjusting element is used for being mounted on a frame; the adjusting element is configured to enable the acting length of the steel plate spring assembly to be reduced when the adjusting element is installed on the vehicle frame and the steel plate spring assembly makes contact with the adjusting element. According to the suspension system, the vehicle frame structure and the vehicle, due to the fact that the adjusting element is arranged and can be installed on the vehicle frame, when the load of the steel plate spring assembly is increased and the steel plate spring assembly makes contact with the adjusting element, due to the effect of the adjusting element, the acting length of the steel plate spring assembly is reduced, and the rigidity is increased; therefore, the rigidity of the steel plate spring assembly can be adjusted, and the bearing reliability requirement is met.

    本发明涉及一种悬架系统、车架结构及车辆,其包括:钢板弹簧总成,钢板弹簧总成的一端安装有板簧固定端支架,钢板弹簧总成的另一端安装有吊耳,吊耳上安装有板簧吊耳端支架;以及调节元件,所述调节元件用于安装于车架;调节元件配置为当所述调节元件安装于所述车架,且所述钢板弹簧总成接触所述调节元件时,所述调节元件使所述钢板弹簧总成的作用长度减小。本发明实施例提供的一种悬架系统、车架结构及车辆,由于设置了调节元件,调节元件可安装至车架上,当钢板弹簧总成的载荷增大,钢板弹簧总成与调节元件接触时,由于调节元件的作用,使得钢板弹簧总成的作用长度减小,刚度增大,从而可以实现钢板弹簧总成刚度的调节,满足承载可靠性要求。
