The invention discloses a righting device of a jumping robot and the jumping robot. The jumping robot comprises a driving device, a supporting plate, an upper jumping plate and a lower jumping plate, the supporting plate is located on the ground to form support before jumping, the upper jumping plate and the lower jumping plate are hinged to each other, and the upper jumping plate and the lower jumping plate can be oppositely folded and unfolded under driving of the driving device; the righting device comprises righting legs and a transmission connecting rod; one end of the righting leg is hinged to the lower jumping plate; one end of the transmission connecting rod is hinged to the upper jumping plate, and the other end of the transmission connecting rod is hinged to the righting leg; when the jumping robot topples over, the jumping robot is supported on the ground through at least one part of the supporting plate and the other ends of the righting legs; under the driving of the driving device, the upper jumping plate and the lower jumping plate are folded oppositely, and the righting legs are driven by the transmission connecting rods to rotate relative to the lower jumping plate so as to righting the supporting plate. According to the jumping robot, righting operation can be actively carried out, and continuous jumping of the jumping robot can be achieved.

    本发明公开了种跳跃机器人的扶正装置和跳跃机器人。跳跃机器人包括驱动装置、支撑板、上跳跃板和下跳跃板,支撑板位于地面上以形成跳跃前的支撑,上跳跃板和下跳跃板互相铰接,在驱动装置的驱动下上跳跃板和下跳跃板可进行对向折叠和展开;扶正装置包括扶正腿和传动连杆;扶正腿的一端铰接在下跳跃板上;传动连杆的一端铰接在上跳跃板上,传动连杆的另一端铰接在扶正腿上;跳跃机器人倾倒时通过支撑板的至少一处和扶正腿的另一端支撑在地面上;其中,在驱动装置的驱动下,上跳跃板和下跳跃板对向折叠,并通过传动连杆驱动扶正腿相较于下跳跃板产生转动,以扶正支撑板。本发明能够主动进行扶正操作,可以实现跳跃机器人的连续跳跃。
