The invention relates to the technical field of new energy vehicle heat management, and discloses a new energy vehicle air conditioner and battery integrated heat management system which comprises a battery, a cab air conditioner unit and an electric air conditioner compressor, the electric air conditioner compressor is connected with a condenser, and the condenser is connected with the cab air conditioner unit through an electromagnetic expansion valve. The cab air-conditioning unit is connected with an electric air-conditioning compressor, one outlet of the battery refrigeration plate heat exchanger is communicated with the electric air-conditioning compressor, the other outlet of the battery refrigeration plate heat exchanger is connected with a battery, and an inlet of the battery refrigeration plate heat exchanger is connected with the battery through a battery cooling water pump. The invention further discloses a control method of the new energy automobile air conditioner and battery integrated thermal management system.
