An integrated automobile thermal management system is characterized in that a motor cooling outlet pipeline is divided into two paths, one path is communicated with a radiator II through an electromagnetic valve IV, and the other path is communicated with a radiator I through an electromagnetic valve II; an outlet pipeline of the radiator II is connected to a motor cooling inlet end through a water pump II; the outlet end of the radiator I is connected into a water pump II through an electromagnetic valve III; a pipeline at a battery cooling outlet end is divided into two paths after passing through a water pump I, one path is connected to an electromagnetic valve III, and the other path is connected with a water side inlet end of a battery cooler; the outlet end of the battery condenser is connected to the refrigerant side inlet end of the battery cooler through a thermostatic expansion valve, and one refrigerant side outlet end of the battery cooler is sequentially communicated with a low-voltage PT, a compressor and a high-voltage PT and then is connected to the inlet end of the battery condenser; the other water side outlet end of the battery condenser is communicated with the c end of the first electromagnetic valve. Different heat dissipation modes can be adopted to dissipate heat of the battery and the motor, and different working condition requirements are met.

    一种集成式汽车热管理系统,电机冷却出口管路分为两路,一路通过电磁阀四与散热器二连通,另一路通过电磁阀二与散热器一连通;散热器二的出口管路通过水泵二接入电机冷却进口端;散热器一的出口端通过电磁阀三接入水泵二;电池冷却出口端的管路通过水泵一后分为两路,一路接入电磁阀三,另一路与电池冷却器的水侧进口端连接;电池冷凝器的出口端通过热力膨胀阀接入电池冷却器的冷媒侧进口端,电池冷却器的一个冷媒侧出口端后顺序连通有低压PT、压缩机、高压PT,然后接入电池冷凝器的进口端;电池冷凝器的另一个水侧出口端与电磁阀一的c端连通。本发明可以采用不同的散热方式对电池、电机散热,满足不同的工况需求。
