The invention belongs to the technical field of tire spikes and particularly relates to a macromolecular rubber spike and a preparation process thereof.The spike is composed of a spike rod and a sleeve shell, the spike rod is divided into a cap part, a straight rod part, a barb part and a thread part from top to bottom, a hexagonal groove is inwards formed in the upper end of the cap part, and a radial through groove is formed in the center of the straight rod part; the barb part is of a circular truncated cone-shaped structure with a wide upper part and a narrow lower part; the sleeve shell comprises a cap shell and a rod shell, a first mounting groove matched with the cap part is formed in the cap shell, a second mounting groove matched with the straight rod part is formed in the rod shell, and a connecting plate matched with the radial through groove in shape is arranged on the inner wall of the rod shell. The anti-skid nail provided by the invention is scientific and reasonable in design, the anti-skid nail is mainly formed by combining the nail rod and the sleeve shell, the sleeve shell is formed by directly performing injection molding on the nail rod through a polymer rubber material, and the preparation process has the advantages of reducing environmental pollution, reducing the noise of an automobile running tire, reducing the weight, reducing oil consumption, simplifying the production process, saving energy and the like.

    本发明属于轮胎防滑钉技术领域,具体涉及一种高分子橡胶防滑钉及其制备工艺,该防滑钉由钉杆和套壳构成,钉杆由上之下分为帽部、直杆部、倒钩部和螺纹部,帽部的上端向内开设有六角槽,直杆部的中心处开设有径向贯穿槽,倒钩部呈上宽下窄的圆台状结构;套壳包括帽壳和杆壳,帽壳中开设有与帽部配合的第一安装槽,杆壳中开设有与直杆部配合的第二安装槽,杆壳的内壁设有与径向贯穿槽形状配合的连接板。本发明提供的防滑钉设计科学合理,其主要由钉杆和套壳组合构成,套壳由高分子橡胶材料直接在钉杆上注塑而成,这种制备工艺具有减少环境污染,降低汽车行驶轮胎噪音,减轻重量,降低油耗,生产流程简化,节省能源等优点。
