The variable-diameter culvert trolley comprises two upper cross beams which are arranged in parallel at intervals, two upper longitudinal beams are symmetrically arranged on the two upper cross beams with the midpoints of the two upper cross beams as centers, and two adjustable stand columns are symmetrically arranged at the bottom of each upper cross beam. The two adjustable stand columns on the same longitudinal section are connected through a plurality of longitudinal connecting rods arranged at intervals, the bottoms of the adjustable stand columns are supported on a bottom longitudinal beam, a driving mechanism and walking wheels are arranged on the bottom longitudinal beam, and the two adjustable stand columns on the same cross section are connected through a plurality of adjustable transverse connecting rods arranged at intervals. The left side and the right side of the upper cross beam are each provided with a plurality of lifting points, the front end of each upper longitudinal beam is provided with one lifting point, and each adjustable stand column is provided with a plurality of pushing devices facing outwards. The trolley is relatively simple in structure and convenient to assemble and disassemble, the height and the width of the trolley can be adjusted according to different culvert sizes, the adjusting range is wide, the application range is wide, and in the formwork hoisting process, a formwork cannot incline laterally.

    本发明公开了一种可变径涵洞台车,包括有2根平行间隔设置的上横梁,2根上横梁上以其中点为中心对称设置有2根上纵梁,每根上横梁底部对称设置有2根可调立柱,处于同一纵断面的2根可调立柱之间经多根间隔设置的纵向连杆连接、且其底部支撑在底纵梁上,底纵梁上设置有驱动机构和行走轮,同一横断面的2根可调立柱之间经多根间隔设置的可调横向连杆进行连接,上横梁左、右两侧各设有多个吊点,每根上纵梁的前端各设有1个吊点,每根可调立柱上均设有多个朝向外部的顶推装置。该台车结构相对比较简单,组装和拆卸均比较方便,而且可以根据不同的涵洞尺寸,调整其高度和宽度,调整范围比较广,适用范围比较广,而且吊装模板过程中,模板不会发送侧向倾斜。
