The invention discloses a jacking trolley for quickly assembling culvert sections and a control method. The jacking trolley comprises a trolley frame, a top sliding groove is formed in the upper surface of the trolley frame, and a bottom sliding groove is formed in the surface of the bottom of the trolley frame; a culvert section conveying crown block used for moving the culvert sections is arranged on the top sliding groove; hydraulic jacking devices used for jacking the trolley frame are arranged at the four ends of the bottom of the trolley frame; traveling crane auxiliary supporting legs for moving the trolley frame are arranged on the bottom sliding grooves; and an electric appliance operation control system is arranged in the trolley frame and used for controlling driving motors and the hydraulic jacking devices. A conventional traction pushing operation mode is changed, damage to finished products in the culvert section jacking construction process is effectively avoided while the operation efficiency and the operation safety are improved, and the purposes of saving labor and large hoisting traction equipment and being safe and efficient are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种用于快速拼装涵节的顶升台车及控制方法,包括台车车架,所述台车车架上表面设置有顶部滑槽,所述台车车架底部表面设置有底部滑槽;所述顶部滑槽上设置有用于移动涵节的涵节输送天车;所述台车车架底部四端设置有用于顶升所述台车车架的液压顶升装置;所述底部滑槽上设置有用于移动所述台车车架的行车辅助支腿;设置在所述台车车架内部用于控制各驱动电机及液压顶升装置的电器操作控制系统。本发明改变了常规的牵引顶推作业方式,在提高作业功效和作业安全的同时,有效规避了涵节顶进施工过程对成品的破坏,达到了省工、省大型起吊牵引设备、安全高效的目的。
