According to the method for calculating the motor torque limit value of the new energy automobile, the motor torque is controlled within the limit value, the charging and discharging capacity of a battery can be fully played, and meanwhile the battery power is prevented from exceeding the allowable range. The method comprises the following steps: a, obtaining the conversion efficiency through a bench experiment test, processing a test result, and obtaining an efficiency table maptest (N, Pbat) about the rotating speed and the electric power of a battery; b, defining an actual efficiency table map in the vehicle control unit, wherein the initial value of the actual efficiency table map is equal to the efficiency table map test obtained by the bench test; when the controller runs, according to the actual efficiency of the motor at each moment, the efficiency table value of the corresponding working point is iteratively updated; c, the updated efficiency table map (t) is adopted to calculate the driving torque Tmaxtrar (t); or calculating to obtain a braking torque limit value Tmaxbrar (t); wherein during driving, the electromechanical conversion efficiency of a motor system is efftra, and a current motor driving torque limit value Tmaxtra = Pmaxdis * efftra/N is obtained through reasoning; and during braking charging, the limit value Tmaxbr of the braking torque of the motor is equal to Pmaxchaa/effbr/N.

    本发明提供了一种新能源汽车电机转矩限值的计算方法,其通过控制电机转矩在该限值以内,能够在充分发挥电池充放电能力的同时,避免电池功率超出允许范围。其包括如下步骤:a通过台架实验测试获得转换效率,并对测试结果进行处理,得到关于转速和电池电功率的效率表map_test(N,Pbat);b在整车控制器中定义一张实际效率表map,其初始值等于前述台架测试获得的效率表map_test;当控制器运行时,根据每一时刻电机的实际效率,对相应工作点的效率表数值进行迭代更新;c采用更新后的效率表map(t)进而计算得到驱动转矩Tmax_tra(t);或者计算得到制动转矩限值Tmax_bra(t);其中驱动时,电机系统的机电转换效率为eff_tra,推理获得当前的电机驱动转矩限值Tmax_tra=Pmax_dis*eff_tra/N;制动充电时,电机制动转矩限值Tmax_bra=Pmax_cha/eff_bra/N。
