The method comprises the steps that when a trigger signal used for starting a super power saving mode of a vehicle is received, an electric quantity parameter of the vehicle is obtained, and the electric quantity parameter represents the remaining electric quantity of a battery module in the vehicle; when the electric quantity parameter is smaller than or equal to a specified value, the vehicle is controlled to operate in a super power-saving mode according to a preset control strategy, in the super power-saving mode, a power output interface used for supplying power to external equipment on the vehicle is in a disconnected state, and the crawling mode of the vehicle and the intelligent driving system are both in a closed state. Therefore, energy consumption of the automobile can be further reduced, and electric energy saved by the automobile is improved.
