The invention provides an engine device for an unmanned aerial vehicle. The engine device provides good weight balance for the unmanned aerial vehicle. The gyroscopic effect can be eliminated; and a propeller capable of automatically rotating is arranged. An engine device according to the present invention comprises: a first cylinder and a second cylinder which are horizontally provided and face each other, and in which pistons in the cylinders advance and retreat in opposite directions; the first crankshaft and the second crankshaft are arranged in the vertical direction, are respectively driven by the first air cylinder and the second air cylinder, and rotate in opposite directions; a first centrifugal clutch and a second centrifugal clutch that rotate in opposite directions to each other; the final drive shaft transmits the rotational force to a gear mechanism including an orthogonal transformation gear to rotate the propeller shaft; and a one-way clutch disposed between (1) the first crankshaft, the second crankshaft, and (2) the final drive shaft, and driven by both the first crankshaft and the second crankshaft.
