The invention discloses a jacking method for plane positioning and posture detection of an additive manufacturing control plane substrate, and belongs to the technical field of additive manufacturing. The technical problems that according to an existing jacking method, the control plane base plate cannot be accurately positioned, and the occupied space is large during jacking are solved. The jacking method for plane positioning and posture detection of the additive manufacturing control surface substrate comprises the following steps that 1, plane positioning is conducted on the control surface substrate through a plane positioning unit; and 2, the gear transmission unit is used for driving the jacking unit to move in the vertical direction, so that movement of the control plane base plate in the vertical direction is achieved. According to the jacking device, the plane positioning efficiency can be improved, and meanwhile jacking movement is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种增材制造舵面基板的平面定位及检测姿态的顶升方法,属于增材制造技术领域;解决了现有的顶升方法无法对舵面基板进行精确定位以及顶升时占用空间大的技术问题。本发明的增材制造舵面基板的平面定位及检测姿态的顶升方法包括以下步骤:步骤1、利用平面定位单元对舵面基板进行平面定位;步骤2、利用齿轮传动单元驱动顶升单元在竖直方向上移动,以实现舵面基板在竖直方向上的移动。本发明可达到提高平面定位效率的同时实现顶升运动。
