The invention discloses a jacking system for plane positioning and posture detection of an additive manufacturing control plane substrate, and belongs to the technical field of additive manufacturing. The technical problems that an existing jacking system cannot accurately position a control surface base plate and occupies a large space during jacking are solved. The jacking system for plane positioning and posture detection of the additive manufacturing control plane substrate comprises a plane positioning unit, a jacking unit and a gear transmission unit. The plane positioning unit comprises a positioning plate, the positioning plate is arranged below the control surface base plate, and the positioning plate is used for performing plane positioning on the lower end face of the control surface base plate; the jacking unit is arranged below the plane positioning unit, the jacking unit and the plane positioning unit are fixedly connected, the gear transmission unit is arranged on the jacking unit, and the gear transmission unit is used for driving the jacking unit to move in the vertical direction so as to achieve jacking of the control plane base plate in the vertical direction. Jacking movement can be achieved while plane positioning efficiency is improved, and the system is simple in overall structure and convenient to machine, assemble and maintain.

    本发明公开了一种增材制造舵面基板的平面定位及检测姿态的顶升系统,属于增材制造技术领域;解决了现有的顶升系统无法对舵面基板进行精确定位以及顶升时占用空间大的技术问题。本发明的增材制造舵面基板的平面定位及检测姿态的顶升系统包括平面定位单元、顶升单元和齿轮传动单元;平面定位单元包括定位板,定位板设于舵面基板的下方,定位板用于对舵面基板的下端面进行平面定位;顶升单元设于平面定位单元的下方且两者固定连接,齿轮传动单元设于顶升单元上,且齿轮传动单元用于驱动顶升单元在竖直方向上移动,以实现舵面基板在竖直方向上的顶升。本发明可达到提高平面定位效率的同时实现顶升运动,系统整体结构简单,便于加工、装配和维护。
