The invention provides a positioning assembly, a ship docking vehicle and a ship docking vehicle relative position positioning system. The positioning assembly is used for determining the relative position of a first target object and a second target object and comprises a target and a positioner. The target is detachably installed on the first target object. The positioner comprises a frame body which is installed on a second target object. The rotating shaft is rotatably installed on the frame body and comprises a first end and a second end. The angle measuring device is used for measuring the rotation angle of the rotating shaft. The driving device drives the rotating shaft to rotate. The distance measuring device is connected with the second end of the rotating shaft, the rotating shaft rotates to drive the distance measuring device to rotate by 360 degrees, and the distance measuring device is used for measuring the distance between the target and the distance measuring device. According to the application, the position coordinates of the two target objects do not need to be manually and independently measured, and the relative position between the two target objects can be automatically obtained only by operating the positioner on one target object to detect the target on the other target object.
