The invention discloses a method for carrying out zero value detection on an insulator by mounting an infrared imager and an ultraviolet imager on an unmanned aerial vehicle, which comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle platform carrying the infrared imager and the ultraviolet imager, and a ground platform consisting of a computer and a processing program of the computer, and is characterized by comprising the following specific steps of: 1, collecting data; step 2, data transmission; step 3, data analysis; and 4, combined discrimination: carrying out combined discrimination judgment by combining infrared temperature measurement and ultraviolet light spot measurement so as to obtain a result. On the basis of an infrared and ultraviolet imaging detection technology, an infrared imager is used for detecting the temperature of each insulator in an insulator string, and meanwhile, an ultraviolet imager is used for detecting the discharge light spot area of each insulator in the insulator string; and then judging whether a zero-value insulator exists in the insulator string or not according to the temperature of each insulator and the discharge light spot area, positioning the zero-value insulator, and detecting the zero-value insulator in the insulator string by using an infrared imager and an ultraviolet imager in a combined manner.

    本发明公开了无人机挂载红外、紫外成像仪对绝缘子进行零值检测方法,包括搭载红外成像仪和紫外成像仪的无人机平台、电脑及其处理程序组成的地面平台,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:步骤一:数据采集;步骤二:数据传输;步骤三:数据分析;步骤四:联合甄别:结合红外测温和紫外光斑测量进行联合甄别判断,从而得出结果。本发明以红外紫外成像检测技术为基础,使用红外成像仪检测绝缘子串中各个绝缘子的温度,同时使用紫外成像仪检测绝缘子串中各个绝缘子的放电光斑面积,然后根据各个绝缘子的温度和放电光斑面积判断绝缘子串中是否存在零值绝缘子并对零值绝缘子进行定位,利用红外成像仪和紫外成像仪联合检测绝缘子串中的零值绝缘子。
