The invention discloses a heavy-load differential steering wheel, and relates to the field of AGVs. The heavy-load differential steering wheel comprises a power assembly, a wheel assembly, a suspension mechanism and a steering mechanism; the power assembly comprises a first motor, a reduction gearbox and a differential mechanism, the wheel assembly comprises a first wheel body and a second wheel body, the first motor is connected with an input shaft of the reduction gearbox, an output shaft of the reduction gearbox is connected with the differential mechanism, and the differential mechanism is connected with the first wheel body and the second wheel body; the suspension mechanism comprises an assembly plate and a plurality of die springs, the differential mechanism comprises a box body, and the assembly plate is located above the box body. The AGV steering wheel has the beneficial effects that the bearing capacity of the steering wheel is greatly improved by adopting a double-wheel and differential mechanism structure, so that the steering wheel can bear a higher load, the friction resistance borne by the steering wheel during steering is reduced by utilizing the differential mechanism, meanwhile, the influence of an uneven road surface on the steering wheel is reduced by adopting a suspension mechanism, and the requirements of the AGV on the ground flatness and the environment are reduced.

    本发明公开一种重载差速舵轮,涉及AGV小车领域,动力组件、轮组件、悬挂机构以及转向机构;所述动力组件包括第一电机、减速箱以及差速器,所述轮组件包括第一轮体以及第二轮体,所述第一电机与所述减速箱的输入轴连接,所述减速箱的输出轴与所述差速器连接,所述差速器与所述第一轮体以及第二轮体连接;所述悬挂机构包括装配板以及若干个模具弹簧,所述差速器包括箱体,所述装配板位于所述箱体的上方。本发明的有益之处是,采用双轮加差速器的结构大幅提高舵轮的承载能力,使之能承载更高的负重,利用差速器降低舵轮在转向时受到的摩擦阻力,同时采用悬挂机构减少路面不平对舵轮的影响,降低AGV小车对地面平整度和环境的要求。
