The invention provides a tire tread pattern structure and a tire for a high-wet-grip motorcycle, the pattern structure comprises a plurality of pattern groove parts which are arranged along the circumferential direction of the tire and are symmetrically arranged about the center line of the tire tread, and each pattern groove part is provided with an inclined pattern groove group and a gear disc group; the inclined pattern groove group comprises a plurality of pattern grooves arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the tire, and the plurality of pattern grooves obliquely extend from the center line of the tread to the rear grounding side of the tire shoulder; the lengths of the plurality of pattern grooves are gradually increased and then gradually shortened in the axial direction of the tire; the gear disc group comprises a center hole, an inner gear disc and an outer gear disc which are concentrically arranged, each of the inner gear disc and the outer gear disc is provided with at least four tooth grooves, and each tooth groove in the outer gear disc is communicated with a pattern groove; therefore, quick drainage of the tires at different inclination angles can be ensured, and excellent wet land gripping performance is achieved while control and comfort performance are not affected.
