The invention relates to a tire tread structure, and particularly discloses a tire tread structure for motorcycle cross-country events and a manufacturing process thereof, the tire tread structure comprises a lower tread and an upper tread attached to the lower tread, the upper tread is provided with a plurality of PADDLE-shaped pattern blocks, the depth of each pattern block is 20-40mm, and the width of each pattern block is 20-40mm. The pattern blocks are designed across the whole tread, and the pattern land ratio is 1%-10%. The manufacturing process comprises the steps that base rubber is subjected to full-circumference one-piece type attachment to obtain a lower tread, and a plurality of PADDLE-shaped pattern blocks are cut; the method comprises the following steps of: equally dividing the full circumference of a tire tread into a plurality of parts by taking the tire bead position of the lower tire tread as a reference, marking for fitting, fitting a cut PADDLE-shaped pattern block on the marked part, rolling, and vulcanizing a green tire to obtain a finished tire tread. The tire tread structure provided by the invention can ensure the traction and sand and stone discharging performance of the tire, can reduce the weight of the tire, ensures the quality of the tire, improves the control performance of the tire, and avoids the problem of falling or tearing of the pattern blocks.

    本发明涉及轮胎胎面结构,具体公开了一种摩托车越野赛事用轮胎胎面结构及其制作工艺,其中轮胎胎面结构包括下胎面和贴合在其上的上胎面,所述上胎面设置为若干个PADDLE形状的花纹块,所述花纹块的深度为20~40mm,所述花纹块横跨整个胎面设计,所述花纹陆比设置在1%~10%。制造工艺包括:将基部胶全圆周一片式贴合制得下胎面、裁切若干块PADDLE形状花纹块;以下胎面的胎边位置为基准将其全圆周周长等分若干份并做好标记以便贴合、将裁切好的PADDLE形状的花纹块贴合在上述标记处上并进行滚压、生胎硫化制得成品轮胎胎面。本发明的轮胎胎面结构可确保轮胎牵引和排沙石性能,同时可减轻轮胎重量,保证轮胎品质,提升轮胎操控性能,避免花纹块掉块或撕裂问题。
