The invention discloses an FMCW laser radar, an automatic driving system and a mobile device, a laser detection device comprises a light source module, a circulator, a transmitting module, a photoelectric detection module, a first polarization module and a second polarization module, and the transmitting module comprises a dimming element. The polarization direction difference between the first echo light and the first detection light is 90 degrees, and the polarization direction difference between the second echo light and the second detection light is 90 degrees; the first polarization module is used for changing the polarization direction of the first local oscillation light by 90 degrees and then transmitting the first local oscillation light to the photoelectric detection module; or the polarization direction of the first detection light is changed by 90 degrees, and then the first detection light is transmitted to the first port; the second polarization module is used for changing the polarization direction of the second local oscillation light by 90 degrees and then transmitting the second local oscillation light to the photoelectric detection module; or the polarization direction of the first detection light is changed by 90 degrees, and then the first detection light is transmitted to the first port. According to the invention, on the basis of keeping the frequency mixing efficiency of the echo light of the target object unchanged, the effect of suppressing the frequency mixing efficiency of the front guide light is achieved.
