The invention discloses a tape hinge, and relates to the technical field of spaceflight folding and unfolding mechanisms. The flexible rule hinge comprises a first hinge part, a second hinge part, a flexible rule sheet and a rotation folding locking assembly. The number of the measuring tape sheets is at least two. The cambered surface of at least one measuring tape sheet faces upwards, and the cambered surface of at least one measuring tape sheet faces downwards; the measuring tape sheet is connected with the first hinge part and the second hinge part; the plurality of measuring tape sheets are sequentially and alternately arranged at the top and the bottom of the first hinge part; a rotary folding locking assembly is connected between the first hinge part and the second hinge part; the second hinge part is configured to rotate around the rotation axis of the rotation folding locking assembly. The rotation axis of the rotation folding locking assembly is higher than or lower than the first hinge part. The invention aims to provide a flexible rule hinge, so as to solve the technical problems in the prior art that the relative movement track of unfolding of two objects cannot be pre-judged and the collision risk is caused due to the fact that a flexible rule sheet can be folded at any position to a certain extent.
