The invention discloses a statically indeterminate tape hinge, and relates to the technical field of spaceflight folding and unfolding mechanisms. The statically indeterminate flexible rule hinge comprises a fixed petal, a movable petal, a flexible rule piece, a rotary locking assembly and movable pieces arranged in pairs. The movable part is arranged in the fixed flap and the movable flap in a sliding manner; the first measuring tape sheet and the second measuring tape sheet of the measuring tape sheets are opposite or back to back; the fixed flap and the movable flap are fixedly connected with a first measuring tape sheet; a second measuring tape sheet is fixedly connected between the movable parts arranged in pairs; the rotary locking assembly is connected with the fixed petal and the movable petal; the movable assembly can move so that the first measuring tape piece and the second measuring tape piece can be located on the same side of the rotation locking assembly. When the tape hinge is in the unfolded state, the tape hinge is in a statically indeterminate state. The invention aims to provide the statically indeterminate tape hinge so as to solve the technical problems that in the prior art, the unfolding rigidity of a tape hinge is low, a tape sheet can be folded at any position, and consequently the unfolding relative motion trail of two objects cannot be pre-judged and collides with each other.
