The invention relates to a liquid dome negative corner structure of a film type fuel cabin, and belongs to the technical field of ship design and manufacturing. The liquid dome negative corner structure is arranged at the intersection of a fuel cabin inner deck, a watertight front bulkhead and a deck stringer and comprises an inner deck negative corner and a deck stringer negative corner which are perpendicular to each other. The inner deck negative corner and the deck longitudinal girder negative corner are each of an inwards-concave double-circular-arc-shaped structure. A cavity of the liquid dome negative corner structure is filled with filler, and an insulating layer is arranged on the surface of the liquid dome negative corner structure. Under the condition that laying of an insulating layer of the liquid dome corner is not affected, the rigidity of the liquid dome corner is reduced, the stress distribution and the stress level of the liquid dome corner can be fully improved under the combined action of a ship body total load and a sloshing load of the fuel cabin, the anti-fatigue performance of the liquid dome corner is improved, and therefore the structural safety of the fuel cabin is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及一种薄膜型燃料舱的液穹负角隅结构,属于船舶设计制造技术领域。液穹负角隅结构设于燃料舱内甲板与水密前舱壁、甲板纵桁的相交处,包括相互垂直的内甲板负角隅和甲板纵桁负角隅;内甲板负角隅和甲板纵桁负角隅均为内凹的双圆弧形结构;液穹负角隅结构的空腔内填有填充物,液穹负角隅结构的表面设有绝缘层。本发明在不影响液穹角隅绝缘层铺设的情况下,减小了液穹角隅的刚度,使得燃料舱在船体总载荷和晃荡载荷联合作用下,能够充分改善液穹角隅的应力分布和应力水平,提高了液穹角隅的抗疲劳性能,从而保证了燃料舱的结构安全。
