The invention discloses a high-precision construction method for a ship LNG cabin liquid dome. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, a dome section and a liquid dome section are constructed on a jig frame, and a liquid dome opening is formed in the top area of the liquid dome section; 2, a precision control clamp is installed along the edge of the liquid dome opening, the precision control clamp comprises an anti-deformation plate and a fixing mechanism, and the anti-deformation plate is in an L shape and is installed on the edge of the liquid dome opening through the fixing mechanism; 3, the dome section is installed under protection of a precision control clamp; 4, the liquid dome section is hoisted away from the dome section, a pump tower is hoisted into a liquid cargo tank through the liquid dome opening, a hole is formed in the liquid dome inner shell according to the installation position of the pump tower, and the liquid dome section and the liquid dome inner shell are welded; and 5, the precision control clamp is dismantled, the liquid dome section hoisted and welded, and liquid dome hole is filled. According to the invention, welding and grinding can be avoided, correction caused by wave deformation in the later period is effectively reduced, and the building efficiency of the ship is improved.

    本发明公开了一种船舶LNG舱液穹高精度建造方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、在胎架上建造穹顶分段与液穹分段,液穹分段的顶部区域形成液穹开孔;步骤二、沿液穹开孔的边缘安装精度控制夹具,精度控制夹具包括防变形板及固定机构,所述防变形板为L形并通过所述固定机构安装于所述液穹开孔的边缘;步骤三、穹顶分段在精度控制夹具的保护下进行安装;步骤四、将液穹分段吊离穹顶分段,将泵塔由液穹开孔吊入液货舱,根据泵塔安装的位置在液穹内壳上开孔,焊接液穹分段与液穹内壳;步骤五、拆除精度控制夹具,吊装并焊接液穹分段,液穹开孔被填补。本发明可以避免烧焊、打磨的工作,有效减少后期因波浪变形引起的矫正工作,提高了船舶的建造效率。
