The invention discloses a self-adaptive braking system of an electric loader and a control method. The self-adaptive braking system comprises an obstacle detection device, an air braking electromagnetic valve, an air pump motor, an air storage tank with a pressure sensor, a BMS, a gear handle, an accelerator pedal, a whole vehicle controller, a motor controller, a walking motor and a braking strength selection switch. The obstacle detection device, the pneumatic brake electromagnetic valve, the air pump motor, the air storage tank with the pressure sensor, the BMS, the gear handle, the accelerator pedal, the motor controller, the walking motor and the brake strength selection switch are connected with the whole vehicle controller. And the vehicle control unit receives the control signal to carry out adaptive algorithm processing, sends out an execution signal, controls the walking motor through the motor controller to realize function control, and detects the rotating speed, the torque and the steering direction of the motor in real time through the motor controller. The labor intensity of a driver can be reduced, the working efficiency is improved, and the intelligent degree of the loader is improved.

    本发明公开一种电动装载机自适应制动系统及控制方法,包括障碍物检测装置、气制动电磁阀、气泵电机、带压力传感器储气罐、BMS、档位手柄、油门踏板、整车控制器、电机控制器、行走电机和制动强度选择开关;所述障碍物检测装置、气制动电磁阀、气泵电机、带压力传感器储气罐、BMS、档位手柄、油门踏板、电机控制器、行走电机和制动强度选择开关分别与整车控制器相连;所述整车控制器通过接收控制信号进行自适应算法处理,发出执行信号,通过电机控制器控制行走电机实现功能控制,并通过电机控制器实时检测电机转速、扭矩及转向。本发明能降低司机的劳动强度,提高工作效率,提高装载机的智能化程度。
