The invention discloses a lightweight connecting rod which comprises a rod body made of a resin-based fiber reinforced composite material, connectors arranged at the two ends of the rod body and a first fiber reinforced layer used for winding the rod body and the connectors into a whole. The periphery of the rod body is provided with a second fiber reinforced layer which is used for integrally winding the rod body and the part, located on the outer side of the rod body, of the first fiber reinforced layer, and the advantages of being simple in structure, light in weight, high in strength and the like are achieved. The wet winding method for manufacturing the lightweight connecting rod does not need a forming die, and is high in forming efficiency and low in cost; the dry winding method for manufacturing the lightweight connecting rod is simple in process, easy to operate, good in product quality, high in production efficiency and low in cost.

    本发明公开了一种轻量化连杆,包括采用树脂基纤维增强复合材料的杆体、设于杆体两端的连接头、以及用于将杆体和连接头缠绕成整体的第一纤维增强层,所述杆体的外周设有用于将杆体和第一纤维增强层位于杆体外侧的部分缠绕成整体的第二纤维增强层,具有结构简单、重量轻、强度高等优点。制造该轻量化连杆的湿式缠绕法,无需成型模具,成型效率高、成本低;制造该轻量化连杆的干式缠绕法,工艺简单易操作、产品质量好、生产效率高、成本低。
