The invention relates to a high-bearing lattice lightweight connecting rod structure, and belongs to the technical field of aircraft structure design. The high-bearing-capacity lattice lightweight connecting rod structure comprises an annular rod section, a first connecting end and a second connecting end, wherein the annular rod section comprises an inner skin, an outer skin and an annular middlestructure located between the inner skin and the outer skin, the first connecting end and the second connecting end are located at the two ends of the annular rod section and used for being connectedwith load transferring connectors, and the annular middle structure is of an annular space lattice network structure adopting octahedral lattice cell elements. According to the technical scheme, thehigh-bearing-capacity lattice lightweight connecting rod structure can achieve light weight of the connecting rod structure while various properties of the connecting rod structure are guaranteed; andin addition, the high-bearing lattice lightweight connecting rod structure is of an integrated optimization design, the weight is reduced through a lattice grating structure, and machining forming isachieved through an additive manufacturing method.

    本发明涉及一种高承载点阵轻量化连杆结构,属于飞机结构设计技术领域。该高承载点阵轻量化连杆结构包括:环形杆段,包括内蒙皮、外蒙皮以及位于内外蒙皮之间的环形中间结构;第一连接端和第二连接端,位于环形杆段两端,用于连接传载接头,其中,所述环形中间结构为采用八面体点阵胞元的环形空间点阵网络结构。本发明技术方案所提供的一种高承载点阵轻量化连杆结构能够在保证连杆结构各方面性能的同时,实现了连杆结构的轻量化。此外,该高承载点阵轻量化连杆结构为一体化优化设计,通过点阵格栅结构减重,以增材制造方法实现加工成型。
