The invention discloses a cooling device and a ship anti-rolling gyroscope, and the cooling device comprises a static heat dissipation disc which is located outside a shell and is connected with the shell; a second accommodating cavity is formed between the static heat dissipation disc and the shell and is communicated with the first accommodating cavity; the movable heat dissipation disc is located in the second containing cavity and connected with the rotating piece; the movable heat dissipation disc synchronously rotates along with the rotating part, and heat on the rotating part and/or the heating part is transmitted to the movable heat dissipation disc; the first spiral groove is formed in the outer side wall of the movable heat dissipation disc; the first spiral groove is matched with the static heat dissipation disc to form a first spiral pump; a circulation channel is formed between the movable heat dissipation disc and the static heat dissipation disc. The first spiral pump is used for pumping gas in the first containing cavity into the circulation channel so that heat on the movable heat dissipation disc can be transmitted to the static heat dissipation disc through the gas and discharged. The air pressure in the circulation channel can be increased in a closed low-air-pressure environment, so that the convective heat transfer coefficient of air in the circulation channel is increased, and a heating part is rapidly cooled.

    本发明公开一种冷却装置及船舶减摇陀螺,冷却装置包括:静散热盘,位于壳体外,与壳体进行连接;静散热盘与壳体之间形成第二容腔,第二容腔与第一容腔连通;动散热盘,位于第二容腔内,与旋转件进行连接;动散热盘随旋转件同步转动,旋转件和/或发热部件上的热量传递至动散热盘;以及第一螺旋槽,设置于动散热盘的外侧壁上;第一螺旋槽与静散热盘相配合形成第一螺旋泵;动散热盘与静散热盘之间形成一循环通道;第一螺旋泵用于将第一容腔内的气体泵送至循环通道内,以使动散热盘上的热量通过所述气体传递至静散热盘并排出。本发明可以在密闭低气压环境下提高循环通道内的气压,从而提高循环通道内气体的对流换热系数,对发热部件进行快速冷却。
