The invention relates to the technical field of ship stabilization, in particular to a combined flywheel and a stabilization gyroscope. The combined flywheel comprises a wheel shaft, a clamping key, a wheel disc and a pressing ring, and a first positioning part and a second positioning part are arranged in the axial direction of the wheel shaft at a distance; the clamping key is put on the wheel shaft in a sleeving mode, and the first positioning part is configured to limit the axial movement of the clamping key along the wheel shaft; the wheel disc is arranged on the wheel shaft in a sleeving mode and clamped between the clamping key and the second positioning part, and the pressing ring is arranged on the wheel shaft in a sleeving mode and detachably connected with the clamping key. The first positioning part is arranged on the wheel shaft, and the clamping key clamped with the first positioning part is matched, so that the wheel disc is limited to move towards one side close to the first positioning part in the axial direction of the wheel shaft; the second positioning part is arranged on the wheel shaft to limit the wheel disc to move towards the side away from the first positioning part in the axial direction of the wheel shaft. Therefore, positioning between the wheel disc and the wheel shaft is achieved, the connection mode that the wheel shaft and the wheel disc are connected through bolts is avoided, materials for machining the wheel shaft are saved, and the strength of the wheel disc is improved.
本发明涉及船舶减摇技术领域,尤其涉及一种组合式飞轮及减摇陀螺,其中组合式飞轮包括轮轴、卡键、轮盘和压圈,沿轮轴的轴向间隔设有第一定位部和第二定位部;卡键套设于轮轴上,第一定位部被配置为限制卡键沿轮轴的轴向移动;轮盘套设于轮轴上,且夹设于卡键和第二定位部之间,压圈套设于轮轴上,与卡键可拆卸连接。本发明通过在轮轴上设置第一定位部,并配合与第一定位部卡接的卡键,限制轮盘沿轮轴的轴向向靠近第一定位部的一侧运动;在轮轴上设置第二定位部,限制轮盘沿轮轴的轴向向远离第一定位部的一侧运动。从而实现了轮盘和轮轴之间的定位,避免了轮轴和轮盘通过螺栓连接的连接方式,节省了加工轮轴的材料,且提高轮盘强度。
