A camera device and a lamp are mounted at the head part of the submersible; auxiliary propellers are arranged in the vertical plane directions of the head portion and the tail portion of the submersible, recycling grooves are formed in the bottom face of the submersible at intervals, recycling power modules are installed on the inner sides of the recycling grooves, and the recycling power modules control spiral propelling devices to stretch out and be recycled into the recycling grooves. A bionic appearance and a spiral body layout mode are adopted, stable navigation of the submersible in water and near the seabed is facilitated, and the seabed guarding operation capacity of the submersible stably sitting on the seabed is greatly improved.
