The invention provides an electric vehicle braking energy recovery system and a control method and a control device.An electric vehicle comprises a VCU controller, a brake pedal, a battery and a generator, the battery comprises a first charging end, a second charging end and a third charging end, the generator comprises a first end, a second end and a third end, and the third end is electrically connected with the third charging end; the VCU controller is in communication connection with the brake pedal, the battery and the generator, and the system comprises a main switch which is in communication connection with the VCU controller; the energy recovery device comprises a first switch and a DCDC converter, one end of the first switch is electrically connected with the first end, the other end of the first switch is electrically connected with the input end of the DCDC converter, the output end of the DCDC converter is electrically connected with the first charging end, and the VCU controller is in communication connection with the first switch and the DCDC converter. The problem that in the prior art, due to limitation of the maximum recycling power of a generator, the generator cannot recycle more braking energy into a battery is solved.
