The invention discloses a road side detection unit layout and road traffic sparse sensing method and system, and provides a low-cost solution for a modern urban traffic sensing system. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, modeling a complex urban road network system provided with a road sensor by using traffic flow simulation software, and obtaining driving data of all vehicles and monitoring data of a traffic detector in simulation according to a simulation operation result; secondly, removing a part of traffic detectors in the urban road network, and recovering the traffic data of the removed part of the detectors on the basis of the existing detectors by using a sparse sensing method; and finally, taking the recovered traffic detector data as a virtual detector to replace the removed real detector in the original road network, and obtaining complete road network traffic detector data. According to the method, the data of all the detectors in the urban road network can be restored by using the sparse roadside detectors, a low-cost roadside detector layout scheme is realized, and the estimation precision is relatively high.

    本发明公开了一种路侧检测单元布设与道路交通稀疏感知方法及系统,为现代城市交通感知系统提出了低成本的解决方案。首先,使用交通流仿真软件建模出一个配备道路传感器的复杂城市路网系统,根据仿真的运行结果,得到仿真中所有车辆的行驶数据以及交通检测器的监测数据;其次,移除城市路网中的一部分交通检测器,利用稀疏感知方法在现有检测器的基础上恢复出被移除部分的检测器交通数据;最后,将恢复出来的交通检测器数据作为虚拟检测器替代原路网中被移除的真实检测器,得到完整的路网交通检测器数据。本发明能够利用稀疏路侧检测器还原出城市路网中所有检测器的数据,实现低成本的路侧检测器布设方案,且具有较高的估算精度。
