According to the technical scheme, the large-span steel box girder comprises a plurality of first steel box girders and a plurality of second steel box girders, temporary piers are arranged at the bottoms of the first steel box girder and the second steel box girder which are adjacent to each other, and the temporary piers are arranged at the bottoms of the first steel box girders and the second steel box girders. Each first steel box girder is internally provided with a guiding assembly used for guiding the direction of the other first steel box girder, and one side of each first steel box girder is provided with an aligning assembly used for aligning the adjacent first steel box girder and the second steel box girder. According to the steel box girder hoisting device, through cooperation of an L-shaped groove and an L-shaped block, position guiding can be preliminarily conducted on a first steel box girder to be hoisted, and in the sliding process of a first guiding plate and a second guiding plate, position positioning can be conducted on the first steel box girder to be hoisted again, and through clamping connection of a second fixing block and a second clamping groove, the first steel box girder to be hoisted can be hoisted; and the stability between the two adjacent first steel box girders is improved through clamping connection of the first fixing blocks and the first clamping grooves.

    本发明公开了一种上跨高速公路大跨度钢箱梁及其施工工艺,现提出如下方案,其包括多个第一钢箱梁和第二钢箱梁,相邻两个所述第一钢箱梁和第二钢箱梁的底部均设有临时桥墩,所述第一钢箱梁内设有用于对另一个第一钢箱梁的方位进行导向的导向组件,所述第一钢箱梁的一侧设有用于使相邻第一钢箱梁和第二钢箱梁进行对齐的对齐组件,本发明通过L型槽与L型块的配合能够初步对待吊装的第一钢箱梁进行位置导向,且第一导向板和第二导向板在滑动的过程中不但能够对待吊装的第一钢箱梁再一次进行位置定位还能够通过第二固定块与第二卡槽的卡接,第一固定块与第一卡槽的卡接,增加相邻两个第一钢箱梁之间的稳定性。
