The invention provides a variable pitch propeller and multistage supercharged engine propeller matching method, which comprises the following steps of: determining each forward ratio in a working forward ratio range of a propeller according to different output rotating speeds, different flight speeds and the diameter of the propeller; traversing the forward ratios and the pitch angles to obtain tension coefficients, power coefficients and efficiency of the propeller under different forward ratios and pitch angles, and establishing a two-dimensional tension coefficient table, a power coefficient table and an efficiency table of the propeller; traversing different accelerators in the accelerator range and different output rotating speeds in the output rotating speed range to respectively obtain engine power and oil consumption rates under different accelerators and output rotating speeds, and respectively establishing a two-dimensional power table and an oil consumption rate table of the engine; and an interpolation simulation model is built, and the optimal matching point of the variable pitch propeller and the multi-stage supercharged engine is determined. By applying the technical scheme of the invention, the technical problems of high matching difficulty and low matching reliability of a paddle matching method in the prior art can be solved.

    本发明提供了一种变距螺旋桨与多级增压发动机的桨发匹配方法,该方法包括:根据不同输出转速、不同飞行速度和螺旋桨的直径,确定螺旋桨工作的前进比范围内的各前进比;遍历前进比和桨距角分别获取不同前进比和桨距角下的螺旋桨的拉力系数、功率系数及效率,分别建立螺旋桨的二维拉力系数表、功率系数表和效率表;遍历油门范围内的不同油门和输出转速范围内的不同输出转速分别获取不同油门和输出转速下的发动机功率和耗油率,分别建立发动机的二维功率表和耗油率表;搭建插值仿真模型,确定变距螺旋桨与多级增压发动机的最优匹配点。应用本发明的技术方案,能够解决现有技术中桨发匹配方法匹配难度大和匹配可靠性低的技术问题。
