The invention provides a charging pile system with a water cooling function and a water cooling control method of the charging pile system. The charging pile system comprises a pile body, a control mainboard, a water cooling unit, a high-voltage loop and a water cooling gun head. The control mainboard, the water cooling unit and the high-pressure loop are all located in the pile body. The water-cooling gun head is located on the outer side of the pile body and connected with the water-cooling unit and the output end of the high-voltage loop through a water-cooling pipeline and a water-cooling gun line, and the input end of the high-voltage loop is used for being connected with the mains supply. A temperature sensor is arranged at the water-cooling gun head; the water cooling gun head and the water cooling unit are both in communication and control connection with the control mainboard, and the control mainboard is used for being in communication and control connection with a vehicle BMS. Through the water-cooling gun head and the corresponding water-cooling control strategy, the safety problem caused by the increase of the charging current of the high-power charging pile is solved.

    本发明提供的一种带水冷的充电桩系统及其水冷控制方法,包括桩体、控制主板、水冷机组、高压回路和水冷枪头;控制主板、水冷机组和高压回路均位于桩体内;水冷枪头位于桩体外侧,并通过水冷管路和水冷枪线分别与水冷机组和高压回路的输出端相连,高压回路的输入端用于与市电相连;水冷枪头处设置有温度传感器;水冷枪头和水冷机组均与控制主板通讯及控制连接,控制主板用于与车辆BMS通讯及控制连接。本发明通过水冷枪头和相应的水冷控制策略,以解决大功率充电桩的充电电流提升带来的安全问题。
