The invention particularly relates to a bonding method for a carbon fiber outer skin and an aluminum alloy framework minibus body. The bonding precision and the connection reliability can be guaranteed. The bonding method comprises the following steps: S1, designing and manufacturing a bonding tool: designing and manufacturing an integral external bonding tool required by bonding; s2, early-stage preparation: chemical reagent selection and bonding gap determination, skin exterior trimming part mounting hole opening and trimming, vehicle body skeleton fixing, outer skin preassembly and gap measurement are included; and S3, bonding operation, including gluing operation, outer skin assembling, clamping and fixing, tightening of an adjusting gasket, glue supplementing and residual glue cleaning. The bonding reliability of the skin and the framework vehicle body is guaranteed, and the risk that the outer skin falls off in the vehicle running process is reduced. The positioning precision of the outer skin relative to the body frame is ensured and the appearance quality is improved. The exterior trimming mounting holes in the skin can be punched during single skin production, operation is convenient, and the punching precision can be controlled easily.

    本发明具体涉及一种碳纤维外蒙皮和铝合金骨架小巴车身的粘接方法,可保证其粘接精度和连接可靠性。所述粘接方法包括如下步骤:S1、粘接工装设计和制造:设计并制造粘接所需要的整体式外置粘接工装;S2、前期准备:包括化学试剂选定及粘接间隙确定、蒙皮外饰件安装孔开孔及修整、车身骨架固定、外蒙皮预装配和间隙测量;S3、粘接作业:包括打胶作业、外蒙皮装配夹紧固定、调整垫片的打紧和补胶及余胶清理。保证蒙皮与骨架车身粘接的可靠性,减少车辆行驶过程中外蒙皮掉落的风险。保证外蒙皮相对于车身骨架的定位精度,提升外观质量。蒙皮上的外饰安装孔可在蒙皮单件生产时开孔,操作方便,有利于控制开孔精度。
