According to an all-aluminum-alloy light-weight minibus structure, a combined longitudinal beam type tenon-and-mortise cavity beam aluminum alloy frame is adopted, so that the assembly adaptability to various front and rear axles with different widths is realized; an aluminum alloy profile hard point structure is adopted, so that hard point loading is more effective, and the hard point manufacturing and assembling process and the manufacturing cost are remarkably reduced; the integrated design of a combined longitudinal beam and a battery compartment is adopted, so that high torsional rigidity of the frame and effective utilization of space are realized; by improving the assembly structure between a side wall module and the frame module, the module assembly rigidity is improved, and the module assembly process is simplified. The invention provides the full-aluminum-alloy full-load-bearing integrated minibus light-weight structure scheme. Compared with a traditional new-energy minibus of the same specification, the weight of the new-energy minibus of the light-weight structure can be reduced by more than one third.

    全铝合金轻量化小巴结构,采用组合纵梁式榫卯腔梁铝合金车架,实现了对各种宽窄不一的前后桥的装配适应性;采用铝合金型材硬点结构,实现了硬点受载更有效、并显著降低了硬点制造与装配工艺及制造成本;采用组合纵梁与电池舱的一体化设计,实现了车架的高扭转刚度以及空间的有效利用;通过改进侧围模块与车架模块之间的装配结构,提高了模块装配刚度、简化了模块装配工艺。本发明提供了一种全铝合金、全承载、一体化的小巴轻量化结构方案,采用该轻量化结构的新能源小巴整备质量比同规格传统新能源小巴可减重三分之一以上。
