According to the method, the failure mode of the distributed driving electric vehicle can be diagnosed in time, the redundancy potential of a power system of the distributed driving electric vehicle is exerted, the stability and the dynamic property of the vehicle are guaranteed, and the drivability of the vehicle under the failure condition is improved.
