The invention provides a ship rust removal wall-climbing robot which structurally comprises an electricity supplementing end, a program contact layer, a magnetic suction cup, a magnetic climbing wheel and a rust removal body, the electricity supplementing end is embedded into the upper end of the program contact layer, the magnetic suction cup is installed at the lower end of the program contact layer, and the magnetic climbing wheel is in clearance fit with the magnetic suction cup; on the basis of a direction adjusting assembly, a crushing body, a rotating body and other parts which are additionally arranged on the middle section of the front end of a program contact layer, the crushing body can be driven by program electrification rotation of the rotating body and an electric connecting body to assist a rust removal body in rapidly removing stubborn rust blocks on the surface layer of a ship body, and the stubborn rust blocks are broken open from the outside; the rust removing body can directly remove the rust blocks, so that the speed of removing the stubborn rust blocks by the whole robot is increased, the rollover condition is avoided, then the rotating body and the crushing body can be loosened under the matching of linear movement of the shifting block on the support and the slide way, and the rotating body and the crushing body can be conveniently disassembled through the rotating body and the crushing body.

    本发明提供一种船舶除锈爬壁机器人,其结构包括:补电端、程序接触层、磁吸盘、磁性攀爬轮、除锈体,补电端嵌入于程序接触层的上端,磁吸盘安装于程序接触层的下端,磁性攀爬轮与磁吸盘进行间隙配合;本发明由程序接触层前端中段所新增的方位调节组件与破碎体、转体等零部件的基础下,破碎体可利用转体与电连接体的程序通电旋转带动下辅助除锈体对船体表层的顽固锈块进行快速去除,将顽固锈块从外部进行破开,使除锈体能直接将其铲除,从而提高整体机器人对顽固锈块的铲除速度与断绝侧翻情况的产生,进而转体与破碎体可利用支架上的拨块与滑道直线移动的搭配下实现将转体进行松开,使之便于对转体与破碎体的拆卸效果。
